Dollar General and Veteran’s Day

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of DollarGeneral for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Veteran’s Day is right around the corner. I believe it’s important to honor the men and women who service our country. My uncles were in the service and my brother in law and sister in law are in the service as well as my half brother, George .  Dollar General wants to give active military, veterans and their families a great deal!

Just stop in the store on Saturday November 11 and receive 10% off with no coupon necessary. Or if you prefer, you can shop online November 11-13 and receive 10% coupon code VETERANSDAY.

Dollar General’s Veteran’s Day discount is not all they are offering. You can record and upload a video sharing your thanks on the Dollar General website or their Facebook  page. I think I will get the kids to do a video for their aunt and uncle. What a great learning tool for them.

You can also show your support by sending a package to the troop of your choice. These will include  items like toothbrushes, shampoo, eye drops, even candy and nuts. The packages will be either for men or woman and will be priced at $20 or $30 per package. Dollar General will be shipping these free to valid US Military addresses.
