My family loves Pizza. We usually order or make pizza once a week. We have tried many different kinds from different pizza restaurants, and also from the freezer at our grocery store. When I heard about Papa Murphy’s Take ’N’ Bake Pizza I was very excited to give it a try.
This pizza place isn’t your typical pizza place. It is not a restaurant that you sit and eat in. What is different about Papa Murphy’s is that you pick your crust, pick your sauce and pick your toppings, then they hand toss your pizza and make it for you, but they give it to you to take home and bake yourself! I think this is a really great idea, especially if you want to cook it later in the day, or even the next day.
My family and I went to the Mandarin, FL location. When we walked in we were Immediately greeted by a smiling and friendly staff. There was a good sized menu where you can choose different types of pizza crusts and toppings. We decided on a thin crust large cheese pizza for the kids, which we got for only $5 since we decided on the “special” pizza of the day, which was a large thin crust with Pepperoni, Mushroom & Sausage. Everything was ready in less than 5 minutes to take home and the pizza even comes on a paper baking tray, which is convenient if you do not own one. You can also get a free rewards card and with 12 purchased pizzas you get a free family sized 1 topping pizza. We came home and put the large cheese in the oven to cook along with the cheesy bread. We will save our other pizza to enjoy tomorrow.
We were very impressed by the pizza! It came out of the oven perfectly done. It only takes 12-18 minutes to cook per directions, and in our oven it took 12 minutes. The crust came out crispy and the cheese was very cheesy! The sauce had a very flavorful taste. The cheesy bread was very garlicky and had so much cheese on it, very good!!

They also offer money savings coupons that can be text to you or emailed. Our family enjoyed this pizza very much and will be going back for more soon.
I have never had a Papa Murphy’s pizza because we don’t have them around here, but it looks wicked good. I love a nice thick crust on my pizza 🙂
Papa Murphy’s looks really good. We do take and bake pizza often, so I’m looking forward to trying these.
We don’t have a location near us, but when we lived in OK there was one less than a mile from our home. The pizzas are delicious!
The pizza looks yummy. We usually go out when we want pizza, but I like the idea of baking it myself.
We are big fans of Papa Murphy’s. They have great pizzas with quality toppings.
I can see Papa Murphy’s really coming in handy for those nights when dinner is extra difficult. As a garlic fan, I especially appreciate the cheese bread.
When we head to Prescott (north Arizona) with friends we stop by Papa Murphy’s and pick up a few then head to the cabin! It’s so perfect for our lifestyle and fresh!
This is a good idea. I enjoy Pizza too. It wold be great to have a fresh Pizza that all I had to do was put in the oven.
We have Papa Murphy’s not to far away and they are our favorite go to pizza when we get a craving to make pizza. So much easier to make1

What a great solution! We eat pizza that we make at home at least once a week. It’s perfect with busy after school schedules!
